Elephant Sloe Gin combines the flavor of premium London Dry Gin with the typical aroma of fresh wild blackthorn.

The berries are macerated for a few months, adding a rich, round, slightly sweet and fruity flavor. In addition to the typical reddish color of the liqueur, the addition of sugar is deliberately kept low, so as to achieve a perfect balance between the astringent and the sweetness of the berries.

All this allows it to be an excellent product both for mixing and for tasting in purity.

To create Elephant Gin its founders Robin and Tessa Gerlach were inspired by their adventurous experiences in Africa. Their strong belief is that current generations have a responsibility to preserve African nature. For this reason Elephant Gin contributes 15% of its earnings to the activities of the three foundations Big Life Foundation, Space For Elephants and Sheldrick Wildlife Trust which deal with the protection of the African elephant to protect it from extinction.
