Distilled from clear Tuscan springs, which arrive at the distillery spontaneously and without the intervention of pumps or industrial machinery, Gin David is embellished with the excellence of wine alcohol, the generosity of Iris root and the richness of herbal botanicals secret aromas that ensure an absolutely extraordinary final result.

Botanicals and wine alcohol are distilled separately and then reunited in a single filtering station.

Here, in addition to the classic diatomaceous earth and vegetable coals, fragments of that white Carrara marble are added with which Michelangelo sculpted the eternal myth of David, which gives Gin David extraordinary purity and brightness.
