Produced in France, it comes from the distillation of Ugni Blanc must (in Italy known as Trebbiano) and from the infusion of vine flowers.

It represents the bridge between the great French tradition of distillation and the innovation of a modern and youthful product.

Distillation with discontinuous copper alembic, as the great Cognac tradition dictates, and then add the classic spices and botanicals, typical of Gin, including licorice, juniper, ginger root, green cardamom, nutmeg and coriander.

This will provide incredibly intense, complex and spicy aromas, for a velvety and silky taste that lends itself perfectly to the preparation of numerous cocktails.

Transparent and bright, on the nose it expresses sweet aromas of cinnamon, vanilla and nutmeg, together with fruity sensations of grapes and lemon and green notes of cardamom and green pepper.

The taste reveals a creamy and silky product, with an enveloping and round taste, rich in the fruity and floral references of jasmine, with a dry, clean and well-defined finish, all played on a long persistence of licorice root.
