KNUT HANSEN bottles are produced every day on Arnold Holstein's 150 l copper alembic. In a complex process, the gin is distilled four times in small batches with an extremely slow energy supply and then bottled in the unmistakable KNUT HANSEN ceramic bottles.

THE BEST INGREDIENTS OF THE REGION
They track exactly which crop the individual ingredients come from. Great importance to the use of botanical products from the region. For example, apples come from Altes Land south of the Elbe, rose blossoms from the Baltic Sea dike and cucumber and basil from Hamburg's weekly market.
