With a history of 2000 years, Palma is home to the bespoke copper distillery where Gin Palma was founded and created. True passion and desire combine to produce an artisan spirit, of pure quality, using only local, natural and organic botanicals , ensuring intricate care and attention goes into every distillation. Gin Palma is distilled with locally grown wildflowers and fresh citrus from rural Mallorcan orchards, the result creates a crisp, dry, citrus infused gin with a delicate and smooth finish. The unique background flavor comes from Mallorcan juniper berries that capture the subtle essence of the Mediterranean Sea. Almond blossoms, harvested once a year before spring, combined with orange leaves and lavender, create a delicate scent floral and sweet. These main ingredients really enhance the depth of flavors of the other botanicals we use.
