Based on the historic London Dry recipe, Nordic Dry Gin Organic takes the taste experience much further. It begins with award-winning Signature Edition vodka as the foundation for smoothness, before a complex collection of herbs and berries is blended during distillation for maximum flavor. Slowly distilled over low heat 34 times in the wonderful 600 liter copper still, customized by Purity Distillery. A process, we recall, that echoes that of our ancestors over hundreds of years: it takes time, an artisanal and meticulous process.

The depth, complexity and recognizable taste of Nordic Dry Gin comes from the fusion of thyme and basil with juniper: all three create the herbaceous characteristic known as beta-myrcene. But when you add the unique nuances of cranberry, European blueberry and ingredients like lavender, the spirit becomes something else and unique is the purity of the result.
