From the idea of an English couple who moved to Sitges, near Barcelona, Paó de Sitges was born.

The couple's British origins lead to a profound love for artisanal gins, later nurturing their passion in Spain where the desire to produce a personal gin, made with their own hands, was born.

To do this, the first 20-liter still was acquired directly from Portugal and the testing of various recipes began (55).

The final blend includes 13 botanicals inspired by the herbs present in the nearby Garraf Natural Park, a place where the couple loves to walk with their family.

A lively, fresh and artisanal gin created in the coastal town of Sitges, a few kilometers from Barcelona, with ingredients sourced from the nearby Garraf Natural Park and other regions.

Paó de Sitges' London dry gin is made thanks to three different distillations, obtaining a soft and refreshing product, characterized by a soft blend of citric elements with local herbs and a touch of local honey and sea salt.
