RAW MATERIAL: Spring water from the Southern Alps and pure wheat. Botanicals: lemon peel, orange peel, coriander seeds, cardamom pods, nutmeg, juniper berries, cloves, angelica root, licorice root, orris root, cinnamon sticks, cassia bark.

DISTILLATION: By single batch in a 19th century Pot Still copper still (double distillation method).

COLOR: Bright and crystalline

BOUQUET: The aroma of classic juniper strikes the nose, followed by floral hints of lavender and orange blossom. Notes of cinnamon and nutmeg emerge subsequently leading to a fresh and persistent explosion of citrus.

PAIRING: Perfect for a Premium Indian Tonic Water gin and tonic or for classic mixing.

TASTE: The taste is broad, fresh, with a pronounced aromatic intensity. The notes of juniper combine with the fresh ones of citrus fruits and the spicy ones of other botanicals with a complex but balanced result. In the finish, a warm sensation emerges with persistent notes of juniper, with a surprising length. Floral and orange hints.
