The Illy 100% Arabica blend is made up of 9 different Arabica beans, originally selected from the best crops from three continents. Illy Moka has a grind designed to make the experience of coffee made with mocha even more unique. For a correct preparation the filter must be filled without pressing. Put the mocha over low heat, remove it when you start bubbling and stir before serving. Pressurization is a storage method patented by illy. It consists in replacing the air in the package with inert gas under pressure. This procedure allows to preserve the fragrance of the product for a long time and to enhance its aromas.
