The superfine Carnaroli Rice Riserva San Massimo, thanks to its organoleptic characteristics â € “low density, perfect cooking resistance, rare grain compactness and high percentage of starch â €“ also recognized by the most important chefs, is ideal for the preparation of risottos.

During cooking, it gently absorbs the flavors of the various ingredients, releasing its precious starch, and then appearing on the table with compact and homogeneous grains, which even tend to come back “to the tooth” as they cool.

When the fire goes out, the rice stops cooking and because of their structure the grains do not run the risk of flaking. The quality of this excellent product is evident at the first taste, revealing the aromas of the natural reserve.
