Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée since 1938, Blanquette de Limoux takes its name from the French town in which it is produced, in the Languedoc-Roussillon region: a place with various and very particular climatic characteristics, due to the influence of the Pyrenees combined and tempered by Mediterranean revenues .

Limoux is famous for being the birthplace of bubbles, almost 200 years before Champagne!
