Description
It presents itself brightly in its straw yellow color and with the traditional emerald green reflections of Trentodoc. Fragrant in its fresh sweetness, with soft and therefore seductive aromatic tones, between scents of elderberry in bloom and grapefruit peel with light hints of apple, pineapple and bread crust. In the mouth it enters decisively, clean with an almost tactile lightness, which transforms into gustatory energy to be discovered by sipping it with the right amount of desire.

Food pairings
Definitely a lively wine for the whole meal, a splendid combination with pasta first courses, mushroom risotto, seafood or soups with crunchy vegetables; then with lamb, pork and even wild boar dishes, sipping until the final dessert, those with a strong flavor, zabaglione above all.
