Sparkling rosé wine with a bright pink background, tending towards blue.

Intense floral bouquet, notes of rose. Fruity reminiscent of strawberry, raspberry, pomegranate.

Excellent aperitif. It goes well with cold cuts based appetizers, rice or pasta first courses. Excellent with cotechino and boiled meat.

Geographical location of the vineyard: Maso Rella in Grumes in the upper Val di Cembra 800/900 m.s.l.m, SOUTH-SOUTH-WEST exposure with steep slopes. Very windy position in the morning from the north the winds of the Val di Fiemme and Fassa, in the afternoon from the south the Ora del Garda.
