An important maturation on the lees of 90 moons (about 90 months). I am very fond of this name: “Moliner” was the nickname of my family of millers. In this wine the acidic tension is extraordinarily balanced with the other sensations: creaminess, minerality and oxidation. As in all my wines, no added sulfites.
ONLY SPONTANEOUS FERMENTATION WITH INDIGENOUS YEASTS. ZERO SULFITES ADDED.
