Produced with the main grape variety of our region with a zero dosage dégorgement. The perlage is exceptionally fine and its fresh aroma recalls the yeast of bread crust. In the mouth it is very fresh, dry and persistent. It is perfect as an aperitif or with fish, vegetable and white meat dishes.
