ANCIENT PANETTONE WITH STONE-GROUND FLOUR AND BUCKWHEAT
Unrefined flours, wholemeal flours and buckwheat give the typical slightly browned color. Dough enriched with Sicilian orange peel, soft sultana raisins and precious diamond cedar cubes, which combined with raw cane sugar, give an intense and enveloping flavor.
