The raw material is one of the secrets of the success of these products.

A selection of fine honeys, greater than 35%, gives the nougat a characteristic aromatic note: orange honey from the Sicilian orange blossom for the orange nougats and wildflower honey for the chocolate ones.

The almond used is whole, peeled and calibrated, of Italian origin; it is hot toasted in the laboratory and is particularly sweet, with buttery and floral notes.

The sugar used is exclusively Italian (it comes from sugar beet grown in Veneto) and is flavored using the purest vanilla bean from Madagascar.

A fresh candied peel is added to the orange nougat, without adding any preservatives, which gives essential oils and an even sharper flavor to the dough.

For chocolate lovers, we have selected a blend of the best cocoa cultivars to create a unique dark coating.

The chocolate state that covers the nougat has a percentage of more than 63% cocoa, with slightly fruity notes.

The scent has a persistent note of caramel and the taste of chocolate leaves a clean and intense palate.
