Dario Loison and Sonia Pilla represent the third generation of Loison. They have faced their professional journey together, each oriented towards their own path: Dario is the entrepreneurial genius, for him tradition and innovation are not parallel tracks, but two closely connected areas; Sonia is the romantic and nostalgic soul, the one who created the Loison Style, the expression of perfect design.
Dario Loison describes himself with two simple words: genius and unpredictability. A mind in constant ferment, always looking for a new limit to overcome. For Dario, tradition and innovation are not parallel tracks, but two closely connected areas: with extreme ease he moves from antique markets, in search of new relics for his museum, to the latest generation fairs in search of new inspirations. That's why he is always capable of surprising.
While on the one hand he offers the traditional Panettone in many flavor variations, on the other he transforms it and, with the collaboration of his chef friends, brings it to the table all year round, becoming a basic ingredient for first courses, noble meats and refined fish. This is how Dario was able to bring the Loison name all over the world, freeing Panettone from traditional constraints.

Sonia Pilla is the romantic and nostalgic soul, the one who created the Loison Style. In fact, Sonia is responsible for the image and has the task of materially translating the feelings that make Loison an extraordinary company, projected towards increasingly ambitious goals, but at the same time faithful to family and local tradition.
