Wine obtained from grapes of the typical native variety carefully selected among the best grapes of the vineyards grown on the property, located in one of the most historic areas of the denomination. Straw yellow in color, with greenish reflections, it has elegant, pleasantly fruity and intense aromas on the nose with delicate hints of citrus. It is a fresh and savoury wine, of considerable depth with a pleasant persistence in the aftertaste.

Winemaking

Hand-picked in crates, soft pressing, partial cryomaceration for 12 hours at 5°C, alcoholic fermentation carried out by selected yeasts at a controlled temperature.

Organoleptic analysis

Straw yellow color with greenish reflections, marked minerality with floral aromas sometimes of citrus; freshness and flavour characterize the aromatic and decisive taste. Contains sulphites.
