Description

Produced exclusively from selected areas with more clayey soils. Selection and harvesting of perfectly ripe bunches. The long refinement on the noble lees and a prolonged stay in the bottle give the wine elegant and mature aromas; straw yellow in colour, the taste is full and round, supported by a solid structure and a notable persistence.

Winemaking

Manual harvest, soft pressing, alcoholic fermentation carried out by selected yeasts at a controlled temperature.

Aging

Aging on noble lees with a period of Batonage. Assembly in steel and subsequent rest in bottle.

Organoleptic Analysis

Straw yellow color; aromas of exotic fruit with notes of almond and citrus; persistent and savoury taste supported by great structure
