Ingredients: apricots and sugar

Apry is an extra apricot jam with a very high percentage of fruit used: 130 grams of apricots for every 100 g of finished product. Apry is prepared according to an ancient recipe of the Italian confectionery tradition, revisited according to the most modern production technologies and according to the most updated quality and safety standards.
Apry is not a normal sieved or pureed jam, as it retains the typical fibrousness of the apricot pulp, while still being spreadable. Ideal for pies, it holds up well in the oven at 180 ° without boiling or smearing the pan, releasing liquids. It does not contain thickeners, preservatives, dyes or acidifiers. The only ingredients are apricots and sugar.
