Ingredients: strawberries and sugar

Strawberry is an extra strawberry jam with a very high percentage of fruit used: 100 grams of strawberries for every 100 grams of finished product.
Strawberry is prepared according to an ancient recipe of the Italian confectionery tradition, revisited according to the most modern production technologies and according to the most updated quality and safety standards.
Strawberry is not a normal sieved or pureed jam, as it retains the typical fibrousness of the strawberry, while still being spreadable.
Ideal for pies, it holds up well in the oven at 180 ° C without boiling or smearing the pan, releasing liquids.
It does not contain thickeners, preservatives, dyes or acidifiers. The only ingredients are strawberries and sugar.
