Ingredients: berries (blueberries 27%, wild cherries 23%, blackberries 23%, strawberries 14%, black currants 9%, raspberries 4%) and sugar. Pay attention to the possible presence of stones.

Berry is an extra berry jam with a very high percentage of fruit used: 110 grams of berries (blueberries, wild cherries, blackberries, strawberries, black currants and raspberries) for every 100 grams of finished product. Berry is prepared according to an ancient recipe of the Italian confectionery tradition, revisited according to the most modern production technologies and according to the most updated quality and safety standards.
Berry is not a normal sifted or passed jam, as it retains the pulp and the various characteristics of the berries, while being spreadable.
Ideal for pies, it holds up well in the oven at 180 ° C without boiling or smearing the pan, releasing liquids.
