The jams contain only fruit sugars, therefore noble sugars, completely eliminating sucrose (cane sugar or refined sugar) from our products.

Furthermore, we do not use pectin, and the consistency of the jam is obtained simply by evaporation of the water contained in the fruit.
To maintain the original color of each individual fruit, we use low temperature and vacuum cooking, enhancing not only the color but also the flavor of the original fruit.

Ingredients: Cherries, grape sugar, lemon juice.

100% fruit only cherry jam.

140g of cherries per 100g of finished product.

Without pectin, it contains only fruit sugars.
