Harvested and processed within 24 hours directly in the company's zero-mile laboratory to preserve a fresh, genuine and as natural as possible result, without the addition of colorants, additives and preservatives, but above all without pectin. The jam is prepared according to ancient recipes handed down from generation to generation; the vacuum cooking at 70° is fundamental, which reduces the mass and preserves the natural sugars contained in the fruit, maintaining the original taste and authentic color unchanged, while pasteurization preserves all the properties of the raw material.
