High Oleic Sunflower

High oleic sunflower seed oil is used to prepare NoMAYO mayonnaise: it comes from a variety of sunflower that has a high content of oleic acid and a low content of linoleic acid.

This ingredient gives NOMAYO a natural ability to resist oxidation and maintain its fragrance throughout the life of the product.

Carrots, a vegetable rich in color

NOMAYO's color is intense and bright and comes from the most colorful vegetable in the garden: the carrot!

We do not use artificial colorings of any kind, but simply carrots.

In addition to the color, carrots give us a very special hint of sweetness.

Sicilian Lemons

NoMAYO mayonnaise does not contain concentrated lemon juice, but only natural Sicilian lemon juice. The seasonal squeezing of lemons allows all the essential oils to be released, which give the product a fresh and aromatic scent.
