For us, Retail means synergy between product quality and environment design. We select the best ingredients to create excellent and constantly evolving products. In the same way, we take care of the interiors, to offer everyone a comfortable space, pleasant to the eye and capable of renewing itself and surprising our guests. We love our work and want to do it in an exclusive place. This is why we decided to renovate an old warehouse and give life to the Format Olivieri 1882, which puts our history at the center: the oven. The cafeteria and breakfast area and the pastry counter have "naturally" developed around it.

Nicola Olivieri is the owner and Pastry Chef of the historic family business Olivieri 1882 in Arzignano (VI), active for almost 140 years and today awarded several times for the production of excellent leavened products: from pastries to breakfast, from pizza to bread and great special occasion products (Panettone and Colomba first and foremost). Born in 1986 and raised in the laboratory, among the scent of freshly baked pastries and breads, Nicola has cultivated his passion and curiosity since he was a child. After completing his studies, he decided to move abroad in 2010, and it is thanks to his experiences as a Pastry Chef in Melbourne (Australia) that Nicola completed his training and rediscovered his passion for the world of leavened products. At the beginning of 2024, he was selected by the prestigious magazine Fortune Italia and Food and Wine Italia among the 40 Under 40 protagonists and entrepreneurs of the Food Industry 2024.
