Panettone with beer born from the collaboration between Massimo Albertengo, owner of Albertengo Panettoni - a lover of leavened doughs and yeasts, as he likes to define himself - who has made panettone an art recognized in the world and Teo Musso, a profound connoisseur of the small but complex and interesting world of yeasts that he uses with skill for the creation of all his beers.

After various experiments resulting from their collaboration, two unique panettone were created and produced with "Xyauyù": an original "oxidized beer" that reminds the taste of the world of excellent Passiti. The mere addition of untreated sultanas, candied orange peel and a glaze with almonds, hazelnuts, sugar and egg white, make this dessert, its fragrance, color and texture absolutely inimitable.
