For those who do not like candied fruit, here you are satisfied! Baladin's panettone without candied fruit has finally arrived in collaboration with Massimo Albertengo, owner of Albertengo Panettoni. This leavened pastry lover, in fact, has combined his knowledge with Teo Musso's skill in creating a unique product of its kind.

Everything comes from a cornerstone of the Baladin collection: Xyauyù, oxidized beer that brings us back to the world of Passito wines. To this - also used in the processing of traditional panettone - other typical ingredients have been added such as untreated sultanas and the classic glaze with almonds, hazelnuts, egg white and sugar. A decidedly peculiar mix that excludes candied fruit, an ingredient that divides the ranks of panettone lovers.
