Prepared with gradual working and natural leavening, rich in raisins and candied peel. The final touch: crisp Hazelnut iced topping.

INGREDIENTS:

Wheat flour, raisins, candied fruits peels (orange peels, citron peels, glucose – fructose syrup, saccharose, concentrated lemon juice), butter, sugar, egg yolk, natural mother yeast (contains wheat), Emulsifier: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids of vegetable origin – sunflower lecithin, invert sugar syrup, salt, wheat malt, natural flavors, vanilla extract from Madagascar beans. ICING INGREDIENTS 10%: Sugar, egg white, hazelnuts, apricot kernels, rice flour.
