The happy collaboration between Baladin and Albertengo Panettoni continues. Massimo Albertengo was asked to think of a panettone that would enhance the amazing aromas of Beermouth, the Baladin beer vermouth. The result that fully satisfied Teo's expectations has added a new sensory journey in Christmas sweets.

A panettone in which the aromatic notes of the 13 botanicals of Beermouth can be perceived with balance and elegance. The soft, fragrant and tasty dough has found a perfect ingredient in the base that makes up this spirit drink, Xyauyù beer, already known for the production of the other Baladin panettone.

At the base the traditional panettone with untreated sultanas, candied orange peel and glazing with almonds, hazelnuts, sugar and egg white.
