Wheat flour, candied orange peel 23% (orange peel 52%, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, concentrated lemon juice), glaze 11% (sugar, pasteurized egg white (free range eggs) , chopped hazelnuts, bitter kernels flour, rice flour), butter, sugar, pasteurized egg yolk (free range eggs), natural mother yeast (wheat flour, water), granulated sugar, mono- emulsifiers and diglycerides of fatty acids of vegetable origin and sunflower lecithin, sugar syrup, salt, malted wheat flour, natural flavors, vanilla extract from Madagascar berries.
It may contain soy, almonds and pistachios.
