Where and how my Pistachio Panettone is born
A line of high quality panettone is born in my artisan production workshop. My panettone boast a 36-hour leavening with 5 kneading steps and an artisanal process with manual "pirlatura", in full respect of tradition. The patient preparation also includes 7 hours of rest upside down. Among the most prestigious ingredients are: egg yolk obtained from Italian free-range hens, high quality Italian butter, ten-year mother yeast and bourbon vanilla from Madagascar. The packaging, with attention to the smallest details, is done manually. The panettone is contained in an elegant package created by the skilled hands of a master of Italian paper industry.

Store in a cool, dry place away from heat sources. Once opened, it is recommended to consume it within a week by storing it inside the bag tightly closed.

Dough: 00 soft WHEAT flour, BUTTER (Italy), water, EGG yolk (Italy), sugar, mother yeast (water, 00 soft WHEAT flour), candied orange paste (candied orange peel, glucose syrup -fructose, sugar), PISTACHIOS 2,5%, honey, WHEAT enzymes (WHEAT flour, WHEAT enzymes), candied lemon paste (lemon peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar), candied mandarin paste ( tangerine peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar), salt, Bourbon vanilla.
Filling: 10% PISTACHIOS, sugar, vegetable fats (cocoa butter, sunflower oil, safflower oil), rice powder, salt, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin.
Icing: white chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter min.31%, whole MILK powder, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, vanilla extract), grape seed oil, vegetable coloring concentrate (safflower, lemon), vegetable coloring concentrate (spirulina, apple).
