We were the first to challenge the tradition of Panettone, whose historical recipe requires only two stages of dough, and to reinvent it, making it softer, more fragrant and more digestible. This was only possible thanks to our Original Method with 3 mixing phases and 72 hours of processing and the selection of the finest ingredients. The result is a soft and fragrant Traditional Panettone, embellished with Australian Raisins and Staccia Orange from Basilicata.

NATURALLY RISING BAKERY CONFECTIONERY PRODUCT

Ingredients: wheat flour, butter, raisins (20%), sugar, category A fresh egg yolks from free-range hens, candied orange peel (15%) (orange peel, glucose syrup, sugar ), natural sourdough (wheat), orange paste, honey, malt, salt, natural vanilla pods from Madagascar.

May contain traces of nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, pistachios), milk, sesame.
