Our original recipe with 3 mixing phases and 72 hours of processing and the perfect combination of the strong taste of 100% Arabica Coffee and the sweetness of high quality White Chocolate, give our panettone a unique and unrepeatable flavour. The intense taste of this product is the result of selecting the best coffees from the Colombian plantations, whose beans are cold infused directly in our laboratory.

Ingredients: wheat flour, white chocolate (25%) (sugar, whole milk powder, cocoa butter, skimmed milk powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring), butter, sugar, fresh egg yolks , natural mother yeast (wheat), orange paste (orange peel, glucose syrup, sugar), espresso coffee (5%), honey, salt, malt, natural vanilla pods from Madagascar.
