Panettone with apricots is a panettone with a double leavening of more than 48 hours, it is made only with live mother yeast and is filled with soft juicy apricots (stoned still fresh) and salted caramel. The structure is extremely soft, the taste perfectly matches the needs of the sweet tooth. It has no preservatives, semi-finished products, flavourings, vegetable fats. It is 100% artisanal and therefore made entirely by hand, with passion, since 1882.
