Panettone Superclassico is the panettone as it was made in the small Forno Olivieri many years ago.
An even longer process, a third phase of kneading which gives this cake an incredible softness and even more persistent aromas.
Like all our panettone, it is made only with live sourdough and is filled with 5 Crown Australian Sultana Raisins; inside are the black dots of Bourbon vanilla from Madagascar. It has no preservatives, semi-finished products, flavourings, vegetable fats.
It is 100% artisanal and therefore made entirely by hand, with passion, as tradition has dictated since 1882.
