A one of a kind limited edition Panettone.
A great classic of our Christmas has been revisited by our Pastry Chef Nicola Olivieri in collaboration with chef Lorenzo Cogo.
Our Panettone has a double leavening of more than 48 hours, is made only with live sourdough and is filled with candied olives, white chocolate and rosemary.
The structure is extremely soft, the taste is all to be experienced, the result of the constant research of the two young chefs. Panettone Olivieri 1882 is a very rich but extremely digestible panettone thanks to the long leavening and the use of high quality raw materials. It has no preservatives, semi-finished products, flavourings, vegetable fats.
It is 100% artisanal and therefore made entirely by hand, with passion, as tradition has dictated since 1882.
