Our panettone is produced with only natural mother yeast, which we have been carrying on through meticulous care for 3 generations, when grandfather Guido began making bread back in 1920.
The result of a slow leavening of over 36 hours gives lightness to the product, the pronounced alveoli are the maximum testimony, a panettone that becomes an experience without weighing or tiring. As our customers say.. you would eat a whole one for breakfast!
