Ingredients: wheat flour type “0” and “00”, eggs and egg yolks cat. “A” (7.20% in yolk), fresh butter (21.90%), candied mandarin cubes (7.0%) (mandarin peel, glucose-fructose syrup), natural yeast (gluten), sugar, cocoa butter, acacia honey, barley malt, milk, sea salt, vanilla pearls from the Bourbon and Tahiti islands (0.1%).

Zabaione Cream: Ingredients: Glucose syrup, “Marsala DOP Wine” 17° vol (21%), sugar, EGG YOLK (16%), sweetened condensed MILK, fresh BUTTER, alcoholic vanilla food flavouring 70° vol, pectin, Bourbon and Tahiti vanilla beans.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Avoid storing the product at temperatures above 20°C. It is recommended to consume the product as soon as possible as it does not contain preservatives.
