The soft dough of the lactose-free De Vivo panettone was created to satisfy the need to make the goodness of panettone taste even to people who are lactose intolerant. After careful research and selection of lactose-free products, in particular lactose-free Italian butter, this new panettone is born, particularly light. The dough, lactose-free, is enriched with pieces of PGI Campanian annurca apple and pieces of "pellecchiella del Vesuvio" apricots and cinnamon. The delicious panettone is inspired by the traditional homemade "Apple Pie", recalling its unmistakable scent and timeless flavor, evoking family memories.

Covering: baking glaze (granulated sugar, powdered sugar, ALMOND flour, EGG WHITE, HAZELNUT flour, PEANUT seed oil, cocoa powder), muscovado cane sugar.
