The delicate dough is enriched with a ricotta cream filling and semi-candied pear pieces, pear infusion, with a white chocolate and pear coating.

WHEAT flour type 00, BUTTER, EGG yolk from free-range hens, sugar, semi-candied pear cubes 14% (pears, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar), white chocolate 7% (sugar, cocoa butter, whole MILK powder, SOY lecithin), MOTHER YEAST, orange paste (orange peel, glucose syrup, sugar), Italian honey, BARLEY MALT, Williams pear alcoholic infusion 14°, salt, Madagascar vanilla pods. Filling: 25% cheese ganache: white chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole MILK powder, SOY lecithin), CREAM, RICOTTA powder (MILK, dextrose, salt, flavourings), alcoholic infusion, glucose syrup, pear compote (pears, concentrated pear puree, sugar, modified starch, flavourings, ascorbic acid). Covering: white chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole MILK powder, SOY lecithin), candied pears (strawberries, glucose-fructose syrup, sucrose), PEANUT seed oil, anhydrous BUTTER.
