Vinification
Upon arrival in the cellar, the grapes were destemmed and pressed. The fermentation took place in 6 days at a maximum temperature of 27-28 °C. The malolactic fermentation ended before winter. After an aging period of about 6 months, the wine was bottled.
Historical data
A traditional variety finds a unique expression in this wine. The particular terroir, characterized by soil of Miocene origin, characterized by sandy and clayey soils, gives Dolcetto great complexity, freshness and finesse.
Tasting notes
Mosesco has a ruby red color with purple reflections. The nose is vinous, with fresh hints of violet and cherry. On the palate it is full, balanced, with excellent typicality and an elegant almond finish.
