1 BOTTLE OF 75cl.
14.5% vol.
Vineyard with full exposure to the South-East, therefore cooler than others because it faces the "morning sun" and is in the shade in the late afternoon.
This characteristic gives the Barbaresco produced here a floral character, with hints of mint and eucalyptus, especially in cooler years.
The high concentration of calcium in the soil gives powerful tannins combined with elegant fruit and full body, creating some of the most interesting and defined Barbarescos. Always one of the historic areas for the Produttori del Barbaresco, which vinified this cru in purity for the first time in 1967 with the name Moccagatta. In the official classification of the MGA in 2007, the dialect version of the name, Muncagota, was chosen, which is therefore the definitive one, but it is the same vineyard and the same winemakers.
