The Noce Grande from Cascina Chicco is a wine of great expression and character, produced exclusively with Nebbiolo grapes selected in the heart of the Barbaresco denomination.

The manual harvest guarantees the high quality of the grapes, which are then vinified in steel with a maceration on the skins for 15 days to enhance the tannins and structure. The wine then ages in oak barrels for 24 months, followed by a further 6 months of bottle aging, perfecting its elegance and aromatic depth.

It has a bright ruby ​​red color. The nose distinguishes intense notes of morello cherry and violet, which prelude to an intense and structured, soft and balanced taste.

This Barbaresco is ideal in combination with stewed meats, red meats and game-based preparations.
