1 BOTTLE OF 75cl
14.5% VOL.
Grape variety: Timorasso
This difficult to grow vine was rediscovered by its vigneron Walter Massa who, thanks to his great skills, since the 1980s, has improved its production qualitatively, reducing treatments in the vineyard and decreasing the yield of the vines and refining the winemaking techniques in the cellar.
The result is therefore a surprising ‘Bianco’ of great quality, with a yellow color, a scent of flowers and chamomile with a finish reminiscent of citrus fruits. In the mouth, excellent balance between flavor and minerality.
VINIFICATION: Use of indigenous yeasts
AGEING: Cold maceration for 40/45 hours, with subsequent fermentation for about 12 months in steel with periodic "batonnage" of the lees for about 12 months.
