THE WINE
A classic and at the same time contemporary representation of the
entry denomination of the iconic Langhe grape variety. Born of
a noble raw material, Nebbiolo shows bright ruby tones,
exudes hints of violet, dark spices and small red fruits. Body and
tannic texture are managed by a hand in search of balance and
succulence. A versatile red that moves from the aperitif to the
lunch table with maximum ease.
Serving temperature: 16°C.
VINIFICATION
Harvest:
by hand in crates, in the first ten days of October (with possible
variations depending on the seasonal climate trend).
Fermentation and maceration:
at a controlled temperature in steel tanks without exceeding
30°C, for a duration of about three weeks. At the end of the
primary fermentation, malolactic fermentation follows, which
normally ends in about a month.
Aging:
in large oak barrels (Slavonia) for about a year.
Then in the bottle for a few months before being released on the
market.

Altitude: 230 - 370 m.a.s.l.
Exposure: South, South-West.
Soil composition: calcareous-clayey marl with sandy
veins.
Year of planting: 1995 - 2015.
Training system: Guyot.
