GRAPES: White berry blend.

VINIFICATION: Extra dry Cuvée obtained from a white vinification, followed by sparkling with the Charmat method.


SERVICE TEMPERATURE: 6 ° - 8 ° C

ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS: Straw yellow color, intense and elegant floral aromas with hints of rose and licorice. The bouquet is completed by acacia, honey, pear and apricot. Velvety on the palate with a bitter and spicy aftertaste.
