This fine sparkling wine comes from the grapes harvested by hand in the vineyards of the Santo Stefano area.

Sensory characteristics:
In the glass it appears limpid, transparent and bright.
The scents it releases are reminiscent of white flowers, apple and citrus.
In the mouth the taste is harmonious, balanced although very dry and the aftertaste is persistent. The fine and long-lasting perlage.

Pairings and serving temperature:
Excellent next to aperitifs and for toasts at the beginning of the meal. It goes perfectly if combined with fish dishes. At the temperature 6 - 8 ° C it offers the best of itself.
