Quality, careful winemaking and ageing go hand in hand with passion for the most representative wine variety of Romagna.

A wine very deep in its features, produced from high quality grapes, from vines facing west at an height of 100m a.s.l. in Castiglione (province of Forlì-Cesena).

Soil: Sandy with permanent grassing
Growing form: Guyot
Yield per hectar: 5 tonnes of grapes
Vinification: Stainless steel with controlled temperature, macerated for a week
Ageing: 225 litres French oak casks for 12 months. Bottled and refined for 12 months
Pairing: Red meat and game
